Former Baltimore Ravens nost tackle, Brandon McKinney, is the latest ex-Raven to join his former defensive coordinator and new Colts’ head coach, Chuck Pagano, in Indianapolis as he and the Colts agreed on a two-year deal Thursday, according to Jeremy Fowler of The St. Paul Pioneer Press.
McKinney, 28, joins defensive end Cory Redding and safety Tom Zbikowski as Ravens free agents who have reunited with Pagano.
The 6-foot-2, 345-pounder played sporadically behind Terrence Cody last season in the Ravens’ 3-4 scheme. McKinney recorded 14 tackles in 12 games.
In 61 career games with the San Diego Chargers (2006-2007) and Ravens (2008-2011), the undrafted free agent out of Michigan State University, has 82 tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He also has started six games in his six seasons.
