Baltimore Ravens cornerback Chris Carr said he would like to return to the team next season, but he is uncertain what his future holds in Charm City.

“I might be here, might not be here,” Carr said, via BaltimoreRavens.com. “Just have to wait and see.”

Carr, 28, signed a reported four-year deal before the 2011 season, but only the first year was guaranteed money. It’s very likely the Ravens could part ways with Carr in favor of the team’s younger cornerbacks like Lardarius Webb, Cary Williams, Jimmy Smith and Danny Gorrer.

The seven-year veteran dealt with a rash of injuries and dropped down the team’s depth chart late in the season. Carr sat out seven games in the regular season because of back and thigh injuries and started just one game.

Carr finished the season with 19 tackles, one sack, three passes defended and no interceptions.
