Flacco’s Fumble Issues could be Cause for Concern

Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco has fumbled the ball an NFL-leading 11 times, losing six of those 11 fumbles.

Flacco said his fumbling wasn’t a result of poor technique, but him needing to be more aware of pass rushers and knowing where he is in the pocket, writes Mike Preston.

In any case, Flacco just seems to be unaware of pass rushers bearing down on him in the pocket. However, this has been an on-going issue for Flacco ever since he’s stepped foot in Baltimore.

For Flacco and the Ravens’ sake, it is imperative for him to work hard on taking better care of the football and limiting the turnovers, as the Ravens enter the final four weeks of the regular season.
