Baltimore Ravens Roster Update #3 in Madden 12

Share

It’s been a while since we’ve covered Madden roster updates, but with the new game in full gear and set for weekly roster updates, we had to bring it back to The Purple Chaos.

This week, after a Pittsburgh-pummeling, the Baltimore Ravens see a nice overall team boost of 3 points (from 85 to 87), as well as some individual player rating increases, in the latest Madden 12 roster update.

  • QB Tyrod Taylor: Overall increase, from 62 to 64
  • TE Dennis Pitta: Overall increase, from 65 to 68
  • TE Ed Dickson: Overall increase, from 72 to 74
  • CB Lardarius Webb: Overall increase, from 75 to 77
  • QB Joe Flacco: Overall increase, from 88 to 89
  • RB Ray Rice: Overall increase, from 92 to 93
  • LB Terrell Suggs: Overall increase, from 94 to 95

Not too shabby. But some players I feel missing from the update are Ed Reed (who should be awarded the coveted 99 rating), the entire O-line and Jarret Johnson (for hit power, as he absolutely destroyed Hines Ward).

Still, a nice update for those who like to use Ravens in Madden 12. And in other nice related news, the Steelers dropped in overall team rating by 1, Troy Polamalu lost his 99 rating, and the net change in player ratings were -9.
