Yesterday, Lee Evans did not participate in practice, marking his third consecutive missed practice. The seven-year veteran sat out Saturday’s session with a protective boot on his left foot, and was absent from Monday’s practice at the Ravens training facility.
However, offensive coordinator Cam Cameron doesn’t think the injury should be cause for concern:
“Sure, absolutely,” Cameron said. “He’s in meetings, he’s bouncing around. I don’t have an exact timetable, but yeah we would like to think he’ll come back pretty quick.”
Evans’ injury isn’t considered all that serious, but I’m sure the Ravens won’t take any chances in rushing the 30-year-old back.
He has been able to stand on that left foot without issues, according to reports.
