Staff Predictions Week 7: Ravens vs. Bills

Offensive MVP:

Picks By Player Pick Stat Prediction
Gene Winner Ray Rice 87 yds rushing, 54 yds receiving, 2 TDs Cam Cameron will try to shred a struggling Bills run defense.
Conoon Kim Ray Rice 109 yds, 18 yds receiving, 1 TD McGahee might see more playing time this week, but not until Rice gets a couple huge runs and the Ravens take the lead 20-6 by the end of halftime.
Bart Raeke Ray Rice 25 carries, 5 catches, 120 total yds, 1 TD Let’s face it, the Ravens don’t need an aggressive aerial game.  Ray will rack up the numbers.
Alex Bishop Ray Rice 152 yds rushing, 2 TDs Bills don’t exactly have a stellar D this season.

Defensive MVP:

Picks By Player Pick Stat Prediction
Gene Winner Ed Reed 4 tackles, 1 interception, 1 forced fumble Reed is back! Reed might not play the whole game, but he’ll make an impact.
Conoon Kim Haloti Ngata 7 tackles, 2 sacks Haloti Ngata might be the best defense player right now. He’s crushing opposing O-lineman and putting fear into QBs AND RBs.
Bart Raeke Haloti Ngata 6 tackles, 1.5 sacks Ngata should be a force up the middle defensively.
Alex Bishop Lardarius Webb 5 tackles, 1 interception He is playing well; he deserves a pick more then anyone.

Final Game Score:

Picks By Who wins? Game Score
Gene Winner Baltimore Ravens 31 – 3 This game might be over at halftime. This is the Super Bowl homecoming… Ravens will want to shut out the Bills.
Conoon Kim Baltimore Ravens 27 – 16 No team wants to go 0-6, they will surely go down swinging. But the key phrase: they go down.
Bart Raeke Baltimore Ravens 27 – 9 Even the motivation to get their first win won’t be enough for Buffalo against a Ravens team looking to steamroll in to the bye week.
Alex Bishop Baltimore Ravens 34 – 3 Blowout… Ravens rebound from last week
