Ravens Lose to Broncos in Madden Simulation by EA

EA Sports simulated all the NFL games of Week 5 on Madden 11 and surprisingly had the Baltimore Ravens lose to the Denver Broncos 17-10.
While this simulation means nothing in real life, it does say something about the Madden 11 virtual simulation system— it sucks.
In other Madden news, they’ve released their 7th roster update of the year. Take a look below at the transactions and rating changes for the Baltimore Ravens:
| Scott Kooistra | OL | BAL | Added |
| Willis McGahee | HB | BAL | CARRY Decrease/JUKE/BCV Increases |
| Todd Heap | TE | BAL | Catch in Traffic Decrease, from 70 to 66CIT |
| Brandon McKinney | DL | BAL | Increase, from 65 to 71OVR |
| Jameel McClain | MLB | BAL | Increase, from 70 to 72OVR |
| Joe Flacco | QB | BAL | Increase, from 85 to 86OVR |
| Haloti Ngata | DL | BAL | Increase, from 95 to 96OVR |
| Jared Gaither | OL | BAL | Lowered on depth chart (injury) |
| Prince Miller | CB | BAL | Released |

Overall a nice update for Ravens fans. Though I am questioning why Todd Heap’s catch in traffic rating went down by 4 points. But good to see that Flacco is back up at 86.
