Mike Pereira Agrees with Ray Lewis and the Ravens

NFL Officials Are Officially Wrong

“Big call in a big part of the game that had a big factor in the outcome.”

Those are the words of Mike Pereira, a former Vice President of Officiating for the NFL.

Pereira says that out of all the big penalties called throughout last weekend, there was “none bigger” than the roughing the passer called on Terrell Suggs. Now serving as a rules analyst for NFL Network, Pereira reviewed this case and agreed with every angry fan in Baltimore that this “call is incorrect.”

Here is a video of Pereira on FOX Sports explaining why the call was obviously wrong:

Hopefully the new NFL VP of Officiating, Carl Johnson will agree with all this, and the in-game referee Gene Steratore can own up to his mistake and release some kind of apology.
